Rushil D Rane

Observing log, 2026Electronics and Communication Engineering student

Hi, I’m Rushil D Rane

An engineer by training. An explorer by nature.

I’m an Electronics and Communication Engineering student fascinated by the systems that make things work and the universe that makes us wonder. I build with electronics, experiment with code, and explore the night sky through astrophotography.

Curious by nature. Building toward the future of silicon.

Drawn to semiconductors, intelligent hardware, and the wonders of the night sky.

Hi, I’m Rushil, an Electronics and Communication Engineering student at RVCE, Bengaluru, graduating in 2029. I’m particularly interested in semiconductor technology, VLSI design, and digital hardware. I enjoy exploring how circuits, logic, and computation come together to build the systems behind modern technology. Beyond engineering, I’m passionate about astrophotography and exploring the night sky. I believe curiosity is where meaningful engineering begins.

Sky

Brahmāṇḍa, the cosmos

Every photograph here is hours of planning, data collection and processing.

The light in them had been travelling for hundreds, thousands, or even millions of years before it reached my sensor. For me, astrophotography is where engineering, science, and wonder come together.
